About the Programme


Shortlisted finalists were given the exclusive opportunity to pitch in an intimate, closed door setting to key government agencies, waste management corporations, and ecosystem players in Singapore's waste ecosystem to explore collaborations in the country and beyond! Top 3 teams received a total of S$50k in funding, with the top team accelerated to the finals of global startup competition - SLINGSHOT in December 2020.

Programme Highlights


Amidst the hundreds of applications received, 8 teams were shortlisted for the finals, tackling challenges across different segments of the food and plastic waste streams. With the growing waste problem across the globe, it is time for us to rise up and take ownership of our waste issues to build a more sustainable future for us all.

Topolytics is a data and analytics startup that collects, aggregates and refines waste data from multiple sources to inform better decision making by waste producers and recycling companies.
